Day 01: Arrive Chennai

Arrive Chennai – The graceful and elegant city is the capital of Indian state of Tamilnadu and is popular as the Gateway to South India. Check in to your designated Hotel. Day is free to relax after a long flight. Overnight stay at Chennai.



Day 02: Chennai Sightseeing. Drive to Tirupati
Today enjoy city tour of Chennai visiting Fort St. George, built in 1653 and today housing the offices of Secretariat and Legislative Assembly, Fort Museum, Marina Beach- World’s second longest beach stretching to 13 Kms, 8th century Sri Parthasarathy Temple, St. Thomas Basilica and Theosophical Society. Afternoon drive to Temple town of Tirupati, 150 Kms from Chennai, Tirupati is home of one of the most venerated shrine in India the temple of Venkateshwara popularly known as Sri Balaji. Arrive Tirupati and check in to your pre booked Hotel for Overnight stay.


Day 03: Sri Bala Ji Darshan

Day is free to enjoy the Darshanam of blessing God Sri Bajaji. The Temple is popular as “Bestower of Boons”, which has made the Temple richest and most visited shrine of the world. Approx 100 thousand people visit the shrine daily for Darshanam and this figure goes five times during weekends and festive periods. Normal waiting time for Darshan (Sight of Lord Balaji idol) is 12 hours to 24 hours, which can reduce to 3-4 hours by obtaining a special Darshanam pass. Overnight stay at Tirupati.

Day 04: Drive to Mamallapuram. Sightseeing of Mamallapuram & Kanchipuram

Morning head to Heritage sites of Mamallapuram & Kanchipuram, which is 100 Kms from Tirupati. Arrive and enjoy sightseeing of Mamallapuram visiting Shore Temple this 8th century temple is considered as the oldest temple in South India and exhibits the fine example of Dravidian architecture, Magnificent skillfully carved Arjuna’s Penance, which is the World’s largest bas- relief sculpture, the stunning Krishna Temple, Mahishasuramardini cave, Varaha or Boar Temple and superb Rathas temple, which look like the chariots of the Temple. Day 05: Drive to Thanjavur. Enroute visit Temple town of Chidambaram
Morning drive to Cultural and historic town of Thanjavur popularly known as Tanjore, it is 340 Kms from Kanchipuram. Enroute visit the Temple town of Chidambaram, which literally means the sky permeated with an atmosphere of intelligence and wisdom. The main deity of Chidambaram temple is Shiva in the form of Lord Nataraja – The cosmic dancer, which is the unique form of Shiva represented by space rather than the idol. The famous temple of Chidambaram dates back to 9th century and is one of the most venerated among the ancient temples in South India. Day 06: Thanjavur Sightseeing. Drive to Trichy

Day 07: Trichy Sightseeing. Drive to Madurai

Day 08: Madurai Temple Tour
